FiFi Select is a Montreal, Quebec–based boutique offering baby and kids apparel and related essentials online.
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory (or have parental/guardian consent and supervision) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout.
3. Products and pricing
We sell baby and kids clothing and related items. Product images are illustrative; colors may vary slightly by screen.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
Taxes (including applicable GST/HST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law.
We may correct obvious pricing, typographical, or availability errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

All site content, branding, logos, product descriptions, and imagery are owned by FiFi Select or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiFi Select is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts in Montreal, Quebec have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights you may have under Quebec consumer protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
